After wake up - 1 or 2 glass water. It is important for kick start your digestion.
Breakfast - Daliya with milk, 2 banaana, 3 dates.
Snack before lunch - one seasonable fruit, and dry fruit
Lunch- One cup Daal, increase your chapati, one bowl curd, and salad.
Evening snack- one glass milk with 10 almonds.
After workout - weight gainer shake, or 3-4 eggs.
Dinner- chole/ kala chana/ rajma any you like make sabji , chapati and salad.
Note - if you really want gain weight so you have to eat more and if you face some digestion issue you eat 100 gm pineapple in night if it is not available you use digestive enzyme syrup.
